Terms of service
These terms apply to the Munodha website and to the Shopify apps published by Munodha. Installing an app means accepting them.
What the apps do
Each app answers one question, and stops there.
CarryLeads finds and shortlists business prospects and prepares outreach copy that you edit and send yourself. Munafa calculates contribution and true profit after the costs you configure. Dhandha ranks growth actions from your order, product and inventory signals.
These are decision-support tools. They do not send outreach on your behalf and they do not change anything in your store without you.
Accuracy
Outputs depend on the data and settings you provide.
Profit figures are only as accurate as the costs you enter. Where a real cost has not been configured, an app may use a stated estimate, and it will say so rather than presenting the estimate as a measurement. Prospect information comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date, so verify anything before acting on it.
Nothing an app produces is accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee replies, customers, partnerships, orders or any other business outcome.
Your responsibilities
Outreach you send is yours.
Any message you send using copy drafted in CarryLeads is sent by you, from your systems, in your name. Complying with the marketing, anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and to your recipients is your responsibility.
You agree not to use the apps to breach Shopify terms, to break the law, or to attempt to reach data belonging to another merchant.
Billing, availability and changes
The practical terms.
Where an app charges, charges appear on your Shopify invoice under Shopify billing terms. You can uninstall at any time, which ends access and triggers the deletion described in the privacy policy.
The apps are provided as they are, without a guaranteed level of availability. They depend on the Shopify APIs, and CarryLeads additionally on third-party services, and may be interrupted when those are. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces what an installed app does.
