Which one do you actually need?

Three apps, three different questions. Most stores want one of them, not all three. This page includes when each is the wrong choice, because that is the part that saves you an install.

Side by side

Start from the question you are stuck on.

CarryLeads

The question: who should we contact?

Choose it if you sell to other businesses, wholesale or stock in retailers, and finding the next prospect is manual work today.

Skip it if you sell only direct to consumers. There is nothing for it to prospect.

Munafa

The question: what do we keep?

Choose it if you run cash on delivery, carry returns, or suspect Shopify revenue is flattering you.

Skip it if your costs already sit in accounting software you trust and you reconcile there. Munafa is fast, not a ledger.

Dhandha

The question: what next?

Choose it if you carry inventory and the weekly problem is deciding where to put attention.

Skip it if you have very few products or orders. With thin data the ranking has little to rank.

Overlap

Munafa and Dhandha both read orders. They are not the same.

Munafa answers a measurement question: given these costs, what did this period actually earn. Dhandha answers a prioritisation question: given these signals, what is the highest-value thing to do next. One tells you where you are, the other suggests where to go.

Running both is reasonable and they do not conflict. Running both to get one answer is not; pick the question you are actually stuck on.

What none of them do

Worth saying plainly.

None of them send outreach for you, change prices, edit inventory, or take any action in your store. They read, they calculate, and they present. Every action stays yours.

None of them are accounting or tax software, none guarantee replies, customers or orders, and none claim an outcome we cannot show. If you want a fourth opinion on whether one fits, ask us and we will tell you if the answer is no.
